The shop has been running since 1978 and works in light gauge aluminum, stainless, brass, copper, and plastics for electronics, medical, food processing, and oilfield customers. This is light gauge, thin material work. If you have run a brake on thin sheet, or you have TIG welded thin aluminum and stainless, you already know this job. What You Will Do Set up and run press brakes on thin, light gauge sheet metal Read prints, pick the right tooling, and hit your bend angles and flange sizes TIG weld light gauge aluminum, stainless, brass, and copper Run the spot welder on sheet metal assemblies Check your own work with tape, calipers, and protractors Keep parts clean with no dents, marks, or burn through Work off a job packet and keep the run moving What You Will Run Trumpf TrumaBend V170 press brake, 170 ton Amada
