We are hiring 2 Printing Press Operators for newly created positions with a busy packaging manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Offset Press Operator, Printing Press Operator, Pressman, or mechanically skilled Machine Operator looking for competitive pay, stability, and long-term growth. Heidelberg or offset printing experience is highly preferred , but we are also open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating complex manufacturing equipment, including CNC machinery. Responsibilities include:

Set up and operate printing press equipment to meet production and quality requirements Review job orders for quantities, stock specifications, colors, coatings, and special printing instructions Monitor press operation, speed, color, and overall print quality Make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency Troubleshoot equipment and printing issues with minimal supervision Prepare upcoming jobs to ensure materials are ready for production Complete production and quality documentation accurately Perform job changeovers, line clearance, and ink fountain cleanup Conduct routine lubrication and basic preventative maintenance Communicate production priorities and responsibilities to press crew members Prepare the press for an efficient transition to the next shift Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures What We're Looking For Previous offset printing press experience preferred Heidelberg press experience is a strong plus Experience with multicolor printing, color management, or packaging printing is highly desirable Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience setting up, adjusting, and operating complex manufacturing equipment Ability to identify equipment problems and make adjustments with limited assistance Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Leadership and communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to stand for the majority of the shift and lift approximately 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent Ability to meet applicable pre-employment requirements Strong Machine Operators Are Encouraged to Apply Don't have traditional printing experience?
