I Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily printing operations across sublimation, DTF, and DTG machinery to maximize productivity and quality. Oversee the setup, calibration, and maintenance of large-format printers, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Implement rigorous quality control procedures to maintain color accuracy, print sharpness, and overall product consistency. Supervise the prepress process, including interpretation of production documents, layout design, and preparation of digital files using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Conduct mechanical adjustments on industrial equipment like flexo presses and screen printing machines to meet precise specifications. Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate color management and proper use of prepress software for print advertising projects. Train team members on machine operation, safety protocols, and best practices for cutting, paper binding, and finishing processes. Maintain detailed production records and interpret manufacturing documentation to streamline workflows and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Requirements Proven experience managing large-format printers (sublimation, DTF, DTG) in a manufacturing or commercial printing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform machine maintenance and adjustments on industrial equipment. Proficiency in color management techniques and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite; experience with layout design and typography is a plus. Knowledge of prepress processes including file preparation, digital printing techniques, and print advertising standards. Familiarity with screen printing, flexo presses, machining processes, and industrial equipment adjustment. Excellent understanding of quality control standards for vibrant color reproduction and sharp image output.
