Manufacturing Overview:

Indilab, Inc. is a Medical Device manufacturer with an established distribution chain. We currently focus on the design, manufacturing, and distribution of process indicators for sterilization. We are seeking a Pressman to join our team, who will be responsible for operating and maintaining a Sakurai cylinder printing press.

Qualifications:

3 or more years in the graphic screen printing industry Experience running and operating a Sakurai cylinder printing press (or similar cylinder press) High School Diploma or GED Good work ethic and strong attention to detail Ability to work well in a team and also individually Strong communication skills and able to follow written and verbal instruction Physical requirements - ability to lift 60 lbs. Must be able to work 10 hour shifts (Mon-Thus 6am-4pm)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and manage all printing press activities for various types of jobs Troubleshoot any printing press issues and perform needed press maintenance Perform visual quality checks of printed sheets throughout a job, and make adjustments to the press as needed Complete written production forms and reports Collaborate with other members of the press team, and provide instruction to co-workers as needed Assist in the mixing of various inks and preparing screen frames used in production Manage on hand printing materials to ensure consistent production schedules Comply with plant safety and quality requirements
