Marushka | Grand Haven, Michigan | Full-Time Marushka is seeking a Production Screen Printer to join our production team in Grand Haven. This is a full-time, hands-on position for someone with experience operating a manual screen-printing press who takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work. At least 1 year of professional manual screen-printing experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in continuing to improve their craft. About Marushka Founded in 1971, Marushka is a Michigan-based art and apparel brand with more than 50 years of screen-printing history. We print primarily our own apparel and products for retail, ecommerce, and a large wholesale network, with very little outside contract work. Our production is completed on manual presses only, and our artwork is created by human artists, not AI-generated. Our shop is clean, organized, collaborative, and focused on craftsmanship. Responsibilities Operate manual screen-printing presses Set up and register single- and multi-color print jobs Produce consistent spot-color and process printing Work with water-based inks Mix inks and make color adjustments comfortable printing single color prints and occasional multi-color jobs with the help of the lead screen printer. Troubleshoot basic printing and production issues Clean screens, presses, tools, and production equipment Assist with screen preparation and reclaim as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate production needs or quality concerns with shop leadership Work with the production team to complete jobs accurately and on schedule Qualifications 1+ year of professional manual screen-printing experience preferred Experience setting up and operating a manual press Water-based ink experience preferred multi-color printing experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and print quality Dependable and self-motivated Willingness to learn and improve Ability to work independently and as part of a production team What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in the craft of screen printing and wants to keep getting better.
