Hour Rotating Day & Night Shifts Experienced Operators:

$31 - $42 We are seeking experienced Web Press Operators to join our production team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. If you have experience operating commercial web presses and are committed to producing high-quality printed products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor web printing presses. Maintain consistent print quality while meeting production schedules. Perform routine press adjustments and troubleshooting. Complete quality inspections throughout production runs. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime. Preferred Experience Experience operating one or more of the following presses is highly preferred: Harris M110 Baker Perkins Candidates with experience on other commercial web presses are also encouraged to apply. We value transferable web press experience and are willing to train qualified operators on our equipment. Qualifications Previous experience operating commercial web printing presses. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read job tickets and maintain quality standards. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
