Primary responsibility includes operating an automatic screen-printing press while helping maintain efficient production throughout the shop. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with equipment and takes pride in producing quality work. Previous screen-printing experience is desired, not required — we'll provide training for the right candidate. General responsibilities will include setting up and operating the automatic press, monitoring print quality, troubleshooting production issues, and helping keep jobs moving efficiently. When not running the press, you'll assist with production support tasks including job setup, quality control, screen reclaim, equipment cleaning, packaging, shipping, and general shop organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while contributing to the success of the entire team.WHY MOSSY OAK

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate an automatic screen-printing press and embroidery stations
- Assist with press setup, registration, and production
- Monitor print quality and identify production issues
- Inspect printed garments for quality and consistency
- Assist with reclaiming screens, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the shop
- Help with packaging, shipping, and other production duties as needed
- Work with the team to keep production running efficiently and on schedule
