ALREADY RUNNING A PRESS?
If you're working at a print shop or running a high-end screen printing and embroidery operation — hands-on with color matching, dialed in on registration, and comfortable owning a press — we want to talk to you. If you're looking for a lifetime career at a place that truly values your skill and backs it up with a great benefits package, reach out.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Primary responsibility includes operating an automatic screen-printing press while helping maintain efficient production throughout the shop. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with equipment and takes pride in producing quality work. General responsibilities will include setting up and operating the automatic press, monitoring print quality, troubleshooting production issues, and helping keep jobs moving efficiently. When not running the press, you'll assist with production support tasks including job setup, quality control, screen reclaim, equipment cleaning, packaging, shipping, and general shop organization. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while contributing to the success of the entire team.
