We are not necessarily looking for the most experienced operator in the industry. We are looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of operating an automatic press, can set up and run multicolor jobs, and has the drive to become an exceptional press operator.

Our shop produces high-level simulated-process and complex multicolor printing. We are looking for our next rockstar—someone with the right foundation, work ethic and attitude who is ready to learn from an experienced team and develop advanced printing skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for an operator who has outgrown their current position or wants to move beyond basic production printing. Minimum Requirements At least two years of experience operating an M&R automatic screen-printing press Experience operating a press with 10 or more print heads Ability to independently set up and run jobs with at least six colors Working knowledge of registration, ink setup, squeegee pressure, off-contact, flash units and curing Ability to identify and correct common print-quality problems Ability to maintain consistent quality throughout a production run Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work as part of a production team Responsibilities Set up and operate an M&R automatic screen-printing press Register and run multicolor jobs efficiently Complete test prints and make adjustments before production Monitor registration, ink coverage and overall print quality Troubleshoot press and printing issues Follow job specifications and production instructions Keep the press and surrounding work area clean and organized Work with the production team to meet quality and scheduling goals Continue developing advanced press-operation and simulated-process printing skills Compensation and Schedule $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability Full-time, 40-hour-per-week position Monday through Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Consistent daytime schedule What We're Looking For The right candidate does not need to know everything. However, you must have genuine automatic press experience and be capable of setting up and running a six-color job.

We value operators who are dependable, coachable, quality-minded and motivated to improve. If you already have the fundamentals and are ready to become a higher-level press operator, we would like to hear from you.
