We are seeking an experienced Screen Printing press operator to join our team. Full time position, Monday through Friday work schedule. Day shift 7:30am-4pm Automatic M&R equipment Essential Duties and responsibilities Setting up screens and inks for prints. Mixing inks and specialty inks. Screenprinting 1-18 color set ups. Plastisol, discharge, waterbase and specialty inks. Ensuring timelines are met, and product maintains high quality expectations. Cleaning and Maintaining equipment. Ability to run large quantity runs but patience to also run small detailed runs Minimum Qualifications 1 year of related work experience. Knowledge of pantones and ink specialties and has an attention to detail. Understanding of blanks and fabrics. Ability to problem solve. Work well within a team environment. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to change. Passionate about delivering a quality product and value to our team. Requirements Strong attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills. Good communication skills. Must be able to work overtime if required. Must have reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Great physical stamina and manual dexterity. Ability to lift, lower, or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment. Must be able to stand for a prolonged period. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires bending, squatting and reaching
