Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in converting, rewinding, and coating processes, is seeking a highly skilled Printing Press Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Printing Press Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department, supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
Monday-Thursday What's the Job? Operate and oversee sheeters, rewinders, or coating presses within the Converting, Rewinding, or Coating departments. Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production that meets operational, safety, and quality standards. Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and monitor production parameters to maintain optimal performance. Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, supporting continuous improvement efforts. Supervise and coordinate with a crew of up to 4 employees to ensure safe and productive operations. What's Needed? Flexo experience with operating sheeters, rewinders, or coating presses. Ability to perform equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and work around moving machinery. Basic proficiency with measuring tools and material handling equipment. What's in it for me?
