Full-time Full Job Description Full Steam Staffing is hiring reliable and energetic Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing and production team. In this fast-paced position, you will assemble parts, inspect finished goods, and ensure products are built to client specifications along a high-speed production line.

Responsibilities:

Assemble component parts on a continuous assembly line using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipmentRead and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and job tickets accuratelyInspect products during and after assembly to ensure high-quality standards and detect defectsFeed raw materials into production equipment and clear jams or basic line obstructionsPackage, label, and box finished goods for final shippingMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, strictly following all safety protocols

Shift:

7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM (Monday through Friday;occasional overtime or weekend hours may be required)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferredStrong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for the duration of the shiftStrong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in repetitive tasksDependable work ethic with reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
