The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, including assembly, fabrication, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and power tools, making it essential for candidates to have experience in a factory or warehouse setting. 1st shift Responsibilities Assemble components and products using hand tools and power tools according to specifications. Fabricate parts and products on the assembly line while adhering to quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on equipment as necessary to ensure optimal performance. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace. Experience Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is essential. Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is a plus.
