Job Description

Benefits You'll Love Become a Key Player as an Assembler/Tester B You will assemble and test mechanical products to meet customer quality and on-time delivery goals. You will support production and quality teams through accurate assembly, testing, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. This is an onsite, 2nd-shift role (2:30pm - 11:00pm, Monday-Friday). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Accurately perform mechanical assembly and testing using hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment. Record test results and maintain required documentation and data forms. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, and test specifications. Produce and inspect assemblies to customer and industry standards; perform touch-up or full surface painting as needed. Participate in lean initiatives and suggest improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Maintain a safe, FOD-free work area and ensure equipment calibration schedules are met. Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 0-1 year general mechanical work experience. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong mechanical reasoning. Ability to read and understand blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications. Basic math, verbal, written, and basic computer skills. Ability to stand approximately 50% of the time and lift up to 35 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to implement lean initiatives and work effectively in a team environment. Must be available for 2nd shift (2:30pm-11:00pm) and the role must be your primary employment. Subject to FAA drug screening; vision screening not required.
