Soldering Assembler Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local manufacturer who is seeking an experienced Soldering Assembler to join their growing team. The Soldering Assembler will assemble printed circuit assemblies and perform inspections. The ideal Soldering Assembler has at least 2 years of experience in assembly or rework and strong electronics skills and knowledge. The Soldering Assembler is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Moorpark, CA.

Soldering Assembler Job Responsibilities:

Solder SMT & Through-Hole Components on PCBs. Read & follow Bill of Materials (BOM) & Assembler Drawings Twist, Bend, Strip or File Wire Leads of Components & ream Holes in Boards to Insert Wire Leads Perform Solder Touch-Ups & ensure Quality Standards are Met Use Hot Air Rework Stations & Other Tools as Needed Maintain a Clean, Organized Workspace & Follow Traveler Instructions Follow all

Safety & PPE Guidelines Soldering Assembler Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 2+ Years of Experience Soldering PCBA's in a Manufacturing Environment Knowledge of IPC-610 Standard is a Plus Ability to Read & Write in English Ability to Lift 25 Lbs 7 use Both Hands Safely & Effectively Strong Attention to
