In this role, you will be an essential part of a fast-paced environment, responsible for assembling components, operating machinery, and ensuring safety standards are maintained throughout the process. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help us meet production goals efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols. Responsibilities Assemble products and components accurately according to detailed production documents and technical drawings Operate power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly and quality control Use forklift trucks and manual handling techniques to move materials safely within the factory floor Interpret technical specifications and process instructions to maintain consistency in production output Conduct routine inspections using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards Follow safety standards in production, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for lean manufacturing practices Requirements Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred Demonstrated assembly line experience with mechanical assembly tasks Ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and process instructions accurately Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Experience managing heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and commitment to safety protocol adherence Knowledge of manufacturing management principles, including process improvement strategies such as lean manufacturing techniques Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts is advantageous Excellent manual handling skills coupled with the ability to work efficiently in a team or independently Embark on a rewarding career journey with us—where your skills will be valued, your safety prioritized, and your contributions celebrated.
