09/08/2026 Job Description Job Description For over 45 years, a leading Southern California Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) company, whose services include PCB assembly, electro-mechanical assembly and systems integration has been providing manufacturing services to the industrial, medical, aerospace, defense, and automotive markets. The Company has an excellent Through-Hole Hand Soldering Assembler opportunity due to exceptional growth over the past two years. Responsibilities Perform manual through-hole soldering of electronic components on PCBs in accordance with specifications and work instructions. Inspect own work to ensure solder joint quality, including proper wetting and fillet formation, and verify absence of defects such as cold solder joints, solder bridging, or voids. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience with electronics manufacturing is preferred. Good teamwork and effective oral and written communication skills needed.
