$19.00-$22.00 per hourSchedule:
1st Shift M-f 6am-230pm Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented Cable Assembly Technicians to join a clean, organized manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling high-quality cable assemblies and wire harnesses at individual bench stations while following detailed work instructions and maintaining strict quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble cable assemblies according to work instructions. Measure, cut, strip, and prepare wire for assembly. Perform repetitive bench assembly work with a high level of accuracy. Read and follow assembly drawings and written instructions. Use basic hand tools and measuring devices. Maintain quality standards and a clean, organized work area. Qualifications On-the-job training provided. Previous cable assembly experience preferred. Experience measuring, cutting, and stripping wire is a plus. Soldering experience is helpful.IPC/WHMA-A-620
certification is a plus. Ability to read a ruler and follow written work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Requirements Must meet ITAR requirements and provide proof of U.S. Person status (U.S. Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, or Permanent Resident Card). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to perform repetitive assembly work while maintaining quality standards. Work Environment Clean, organized bench-style assembly stations. Relaxed manufacturing environment.
