Full-Time Job Summary Looking for a new opportunity? Kelly Services is partnering with a premier company in East Windsor, CT, to hire an experienced Assembler. As an Assembler, you will build, test, label, and package power cords and cable assemblies while ensuring products meet quality and production standards. Responsibilities Assemble and test cord sets according to specifications. Label and package products accurately. Operate hand tools and testing equipment. Perform quality inspections and report defects. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Meet established production goals and quality standards. Follow all safety and company procedures. Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is required. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic math skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs. as needed.
