Job Description
Our client is seeking experienced Assembly Technicians to join their manufacturing team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble seating components, frames, cushions, hardware, and related products according to engineering drawings and work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment safely and effectively. Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor rework when necessary. Work closely with fabrication, upholstery, composite, and quality departments to meet production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements. Assist with packaging and preparing finished products for shipment as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, carpentry, cabinetry, or related experience required
