Job Description

Powersports Assembly & Repair Technician Motorsports Summary:
The Service Tech position plays a key role in the overall shop success. Their ability to diagnose and repair motorized vehicles, including ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Crew Cabs, Golf Carts and Trailers are Monumental. In addition, the service tech is responsible for assembly and prep of all new inventory into the Motorsports & Marine department. This position is paid hourly, with earnings linked to productivity. Efficiency and performance are essential to maximizing compensation.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul motorized vehicles, including ATVs, Side by Sides, Crew Cabs, Golf Cart and Trailers as well as other types of motorized vehicles that the company sells or repairs.
  • Diagnostic equipment Provided
  • The Largest responsibility is to perform the job profitably. This Includes labor hour management, part replacement efficiency, and working hand in hand with the service writer and to Manage each service with the intent to maximize productivity
  • Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of failure or other problems or defects.
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Assemble new arriving models and prepare them for display.
  • Keeping certifications up to date with brand Manufactures offered by dealership
  • Attend product training and courses on New Models for continuous education
  • Proper documentation for record keeping and Invoicing
  • Communicating information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, or in person.
Requirements:
  • Must understand and adhere to all company standards and guidelines as spelled out in the employee Handbook
  • Have at least 5 years of Mechanical experience.
  • MUST have their own tools.
  • Technical Knowledge is a must
  • Understand the proper way to perform physical activities
  • Have up to date certification{s} in related field.
  • Have a proven record of performing quality, efficient workmanship.
  • Possess a positive attitude, reliability and punctuality
  • Properly use and understand scheduling app The above responsibilities are representative of the role and may be adjusted or expanded based on the specific needs of the company or department.

Monday - Saturday 8am-7pm

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
