We are a CVT transmission refabrication plant located in Plant City, FL, specializing in precision transmission rebuilding and parts refabrication. Our team takes pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and producing top-performing transmissions that meet or exceed OEM standards.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Transmission Assembler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble CVT transmissions and related components Identify worn or damaged parts and ensure proper replacement or refurbishment Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow technical specifications and quality control procedures Work collaboratively with the production and quality assurance teams

Qualifications :

Previous experience in automotive or mechanical assembly (transmission experience preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and follow technical manuals or schematics Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CVT or automatic transmission systems Basic understanding of hydraulic and electrical components Familiarity with micrometers, torque wrenches, and precision measuring tools Customer Driven Staffing is an
