Job Description

Assembler Our client in Norcross, Ga has an immediate opening for an Assembler. In this role, you will help build high-quality custom architectural and commercial signage for businesses, healthcare organizations, restaurants, universities, technology companies, and other major organizations. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, pays attention to detail, works well with their hands, and can consistently meet production deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and finish custom plastic and aluminum signs according to production specifications. Read and interpret drawings, measurements, work orders, and basic blueprints. Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare materials for production. Apply vinyl graphics, hardware, and other signage components. Prepare surfaces for painting and finishing. Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively. Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and appearance meet company standards. Package and prepare finished signage for shipment or installation. Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or related hands-on experience preferred. Sign manufacturing, metal fabrication, woodworking, or similar experience is a plus. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools. Ability to read measurements and follow drawings or written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical production tasks throughout the workday. High school diploma, GED, or trade school education preferred.
