This role offers hands-on work, variety, growth opportunities, and long-term potential. Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate (Swing Shift Loader) , you will split your shift between material handling and loading responsibilities. The first half of your shift focuses on pulling orders and stocking bins. During the second half, you will load trucks and prepare outgoing shipments. You will handle construction materials such as doors, decking, and moulding while operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pull orders and stock materials Sort and stage orders for outbound shipments Load trucks safely and efficiently Map and scan trucks Organize loading and shipping paperwork Operate a 5,000 lb gas-powered sit-down forklift and combilifts Assist with inventory, RF scanning, picking, shipping, and receiving Maintain productivity and a positive attitude, even during downtime Requirements Prior forklift experience (required) Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable working around paint, chemicals, and sawdust Construction, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required Why Work With Aerotek? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
