What You'll Do Assemble small parts for electrical equipment using hand tools and basic mechanical techniques Follow schematics, drawings, and part lists to ensure accurate and efficient assembly Produce a high volume of parts in a fast‑paced, light‑duty environment Perform repetitive assembly tasks with consistency, precision, and quality focus Visually and manually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards Maintain a clean, organized workstation in accordance with safety and facility guidelines Stand for the full duration of the swing shift while handling small components Communicate defects, concerns, or process issues to supervisors or team leads Demonstrate reliability through strong attendance and punctuality Essential Skills Ability to use hand tools to assemble small mechanical or electronic components Comfortable reading and following basic schematics and drawings Able to stand for the duration of the shift in a fast‑paced production setting Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Positive attitude, reliability, and desire to work with your hands Openness to learning new assembly processes No previous assembly or manufacturing experience required Additional Skills & Qualifications Interest in mechanical, assembly, or electronics‑related work Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to take direction and learn Comfortable working toward daily production goals Adaptable and motivated in a structured manufacturing environment Why Work with Aerotek? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
