Core Assembler - 1st/2nd/WEEKND

Job Description

Seeking experienced assemblers for 1st or 2nd shift OR Weekend schedule. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, assembling core parts with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Assemble core components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and schematics. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly. Use fabrication techniques including welding and soldering to complete complex assemblies. Operate machinery such as machining tools and forklifts safely and efficiently within the warehouse or manufacturing setting. Conduct quality checks with precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and meet production goals. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical diagrams. Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering stations, and fabrication machinery. Warehouse experience or familiarity with forklift operation is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks.
