Pay Range:

$18 per hour plus $3 hour shift differential

Hours:

At Regal Rexnord, our people make all the difference in our success SUMMARY As an Assembler at Regal Rexnord, you'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction by supporting on-time delivery and producing high-quality components. In this role, you will perform assembly and non-CNC operations following standard work procedures, manufacturing instructions, and quality plans—all while meeting takt time requirements. What you'll do:

• Assembles ball nuts and complete precision assembly operations
• Operate hands tools, as needed, for deburring and engraving
• Use tools such as saws, straightener, buffer, and overhead hoists
• Follow daily standard and quality procedures
• Daily communication with the team to support production goals
• Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, organized workplace following 5S standards

Required Skills:

Ability to read, follow and understand prints, MI's and QP's to accomplish the assigned task. Required to exhibit the ability to read and follow work instructions both written and verbal. Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of work situations. Use of inspection equipment to include, but not limited to: Micrometers, pitch micrometers, indicator micrometers, calipers, indicators, thread gauges, length gages, and tape measures The ability to perform basic math calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Must be able to compute rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Desired Skills Good planning, organizing and communication The ability to multi-task and be a team player. Good reading and comprehension. The ability to work long periods standing up; lift and manipulate heavy loads (up to 60 lbs); Twist, turn, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach and walk repetitively, and work with oils, coolants and lubricants. Must be willing to work overtime, which may include occasional weekends.
