The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly processes. This role is essential to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while being produced efficiently on the assembly line. Duties Assemble components and parts according to work instructions, specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble products. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow on the assembly line. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the factory environment. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process. Requirements Proven assembly and mechanical knowledge, with experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in assembly tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Previous experience in an assembly line role is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be able to lift and move materials as required for the job.
