Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 3:45 PM-2:15
AM Weekend Shift:
Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:30
PM Contract:
Through December 31, 2026
Openings:
20 We are hiring 20 Cleanroom Assembly Technicians for an onsite manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. These are hands-on production positions responsible for assembling, cleaning and packaging single-use products in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom. Candidates with assembly, production, manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical or cleanroom experience are encouraged to apply. Entry-level candidates with strong hands-on skills may also be considered. Responsibilities Build, clean and package single-use assemblies according to drawings, work instructions and standard operating procedures Follow cleanroom protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices Wear required PPE, including a hair covering, gloves, surgical mask, safety glasses and composite-toe safety shoes Complete assembly documentation accurately and sign off on completed operations Inspect your own work and identify possible quality or process issues Use basic hand and measurement tools during assembly Maintain an organized and clean work area Return unused components to inventory with proper identification and lot traceability Follow

2015 quality standards Meet production schedules and complete assemblies within assigned timeframes Participate in continuous improvement and 6S activities Report potential safety, process or product deviations promptly Requirements High school diploma or GED Assembly, manufacturing, production or cleanroom experience preferred Comfortable performing a physically demanding job Ability to stand for up to 95% of the shift Comfortable wearing full cleanroom PPE throughout the shift Ability to use basic hand and measurement tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check; THC is acceptable Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder Preferred Qualifications Previous cleanroom experience Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated manufacturing Ability to read engineering drawings Familiarity with c
