Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.

Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents.

Determines and follows methods and sequences of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.

Assemble electronic sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

Read and understand Engineering drawings as well as manufacturing work instructions.

Perform all product build processes and work on any product directed by management to meet business needs.

Manual and automated underfill, bonding, and staking.

Touch-up and application of conformal/Parylene coating.

Participate/engage in team meetings.

Work on Windows-based programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Job Requirements What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GEDMin 2 years of Electronics manufacturing experienceWhat Sets You Apart (preferred):

Associate DegreeModerate computer skills, SAP experienceCurrent certification to IPC A610 and JSTD 001.The successful candidate will receive internal training as necessary and will be needed to pass IPC A610 and

JSTD 001

solder and rework certification tests.

General knowledge of Lean or demand flow manufacturing practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with team members.

Close attention to detail and quality.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Demonstrated problem-solving techniques.
