4:00 PM•2:30 AM (Mon-Thu) |•$15.50/hr; Includes $1/hr Shift Premium 3rd

7:00 PM•5:30 AM (Mon-Thu) |•$15.50/hr; Includes $1/hr Shift Premium

Responsibilities:

As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for a specific stage of the production lifecycle. We are looking for hands-on talent for the following areas:

Panel Sizing:

Ensuring precision cuts on boards used for custom construction.

General Assembly:

Utilizing tools to transform components into frames and units.

Hardware Integration:

Attaching tracks, handles, and ergonomic solutions.

Quality Assurance:

Performing final visual and structural checks to ensure the product lasts for generations.

Shipping & Logistics:

Strategically wrapping and packing finished goods for national distribution.

Skills:

A background in construction, hand tool usage, or related field is desired.

Qualifications:

Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift. Comfort with regular bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally. Must be 18 years of age.
