Job Description
JD Woodcraft, a well-established, custom cabinet shop is seeking experienced individuals in our door-making department. We're a well-managed, highly organized company that takes great pride in our work. Top of the line equipment, and the best woodworkers around! We have very low turnover with our select group of employees. Looking to find someone that wants to find a good home where they can grow their skills. Diversified work scope with residential and commercial cabinetry and millwork. 2-3 years minimum experience and high-quality standards are a must. Very competitive compensation. (based on experience) Benefit package, 8 paid holidays, PTO package, company match IRA program, health premium contributions and HSA program. Responsibilities
- Fabricate custom doors and door fronts according to blueprints and specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble wood components.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise measurements and layouts.
