This continually keeps us in touch with our roots as snow contractors, and also serves as the real world launching pad for new products and innovations. Position Summary The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to company specifications and quality standards. This role involves working with tools, equipment, and team members to meet production goals in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Assemble parts and products following work instructions and specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery as required Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns Meet daily production targets and deadlines Follow all company policies and safety procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Hours
    Full-Time:
    Approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
    • Core availability : Monday-Thursday 7a-5p; Friday 7a-12p Qualifications and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
    Base Salary:
    $20.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate.
    PTO:
    Employees earn paid time off throughout the year, equating to approximately 80+ hours annually for full‑time team members.
    Paid Sick & Safe Time:
    Employees are also eligible for paid sick and safe time in accordance with Minnesota law (up to 48 hours per year).
    Retirement Contributions:
    Storm Equipment sponsors a Savings Incentive Match Plan (SIMPLE) IRA retirement plan. The company provides a matching contribution of up to 3% of each employee's pay. All employees are eligible.
