Job Description
Fluid Power Technician 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Mon-Fri Orono, MN $22 - $24/hr DOE The Fluid Power Technician contributes to assembly process by testing hydraulic manifolds per customer specifications and troubleshooting effectively. #HMN Job Duties Troubleshoots for solutions to issues arising from automated tests and manual tests. Recommends changes when appropriate. Work with employees in other departments, including Manufacturing Engineering Technicians for Assembly and Testing, to address issues in testing methods and procedures. Trains new and current employees to ensure policies, procedures and work instructions are understood and followed. Tests using Automated Hydraulic benches and manual applications and inspects products following specifications and requirements Reads and deciphers hydraulic schematics. Uses company intranet and business software to gather and record information per work instruction. Maintains company and/or management reports, such as Test Bench PM's and Test Bench Validations. Prepares manifolds for assembly, stages jobs, and moves assemblies as needed. Assembles products following specifications and requirements
