$17.00 We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Trim Cap / Sign Face Assembler to join our sign manufacturing team. This position is responsible for applying and securing trim cap around sign faces, ensuring each face is properly assembled, clean, straight, and ready for the next stage of production. This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires good attention to detail, steady workmanship, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality. Responsibilities Apply trim cap around acrylic, polycarbonate, and other sign faces Accurately cut and fit trim cap to sign faces Secure trim cap using appropriate adhesives and fastening methods Ensure corners, seams, and joints are clean and properly finished Inspect sign faces for scratches, damage, imperfections, or assembly issues Follow job specifications, drawings, and production instructions Maintain consistent quality and workmanship on every sign Safely operate basic hand tools and shop equipment Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist other departments with sign production and assembly when needed Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous sign shop, manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience is a plus Experience working with trim cap or sign faces is preferred but not required Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Able to follow instructions, measurements, and production drawings Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and production techniques Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods Ability to lift and move sign materials and components Ability to use hand tools throughout the workday Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and work around large sign faces Ability to safely handle acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, and other sign materials What We're Looking For The right person takes pride in their work and understands that the small details matter .
