Follow manufacturing instructions and specifications to ensure product quality and accuracy. Perform quality checks on products and identify any defects or issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Experience Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools and semi‑automated equipment. Experience with IPC‑620 standards is preferred but not required. On‑the‑job training is provided. Skills Mandatory attendance Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts as needed. Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and specifications written in English, as required for accurate assembly and documentation. Ability to communicate work-related information clearly in English with supervisors and production staff. Must have 20/20 vision (corrective lenses are acceptable) and must not be color blind. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for up to 2.5 hours at a time between breaks. Growth mindset with the ability to learn and apply new skills.
