Job Qualifications:

Ability to read and write Knowledge of or ability to learn to use various measuring devices Capable of learning to manufacture cable assemblies with direction from Production Supervisor using various disciplines to meet customer requirements. Essential Functions:

Meet quality requirements for jobs which are assigned. Complete the required Quality Control and Traveler paperwork correctly. Find dimensions on drawings for jobs which are assigned. Operate equipment and do limited setups (not including rotary swagers) to manufacture assemblies per customer specification.

Physical Requirements:

The manufacture of cable assemblies requires the following physical abilities: Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s). Handling by holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with the hand or hands. Sitting in a normal seated position for extended periods of time. Standing for extended periods of time. Lifting, carrying objects weighing 50 lbs. or less, consistently and regularly for 8-10 hours Pushing, pulling objects weighing 30 lbs. or less, consistently and regularly for 8-10 hours Perform other duties as assigned.
