Some experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar work is preferred. Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble aluminum window and door frames Read and follow basic blueprints and measurements Safely use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Measure and cut materials accurately Perform basic quality checks on finished products Organize and move materials around the shop Keep the work area clean and safe Assist with warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed Requirements Experience in manufacturing or assembly Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery used to manufacture doors and windows Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations Ability to follow instructions and basic blueprints Attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
