This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have previous experience assembling custom or commercial cabinets in a professional cabinet shop.
Responsibilities:
Assemble frameless cabinet boxes accurately and efficiently Read cabinet drawings, cut lists, and job specifications Install drawer slides, hinges, adjustable legs, and other cabinet hardware Assemble drawers, wall cabinets, base cabinets, tall cabinets, and specialty units Inspect cabinets for correct dimensions, square, fit, and finish Identify damaged or incorrect parts before assembly Keep completed cabinets organized and ready for delivery or installation Maintain a clean and safe work area Work with the production team to meet job deadlines
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Previous professional cabinet assembly experience is required Experience with frameless European-style cabinetry preferred Ability to read a tape measure and cabinet drawings accurately Comfortable using drills, impact drivers, clamps, nail guns, and other shop tools Knowledge of cabinet hardware, including hinges and drawer slides Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift Reliable transportation required
