Job Title:
Machine Operator, Warehouse Associate, and Sewing Associate Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team on both the 1st Shift (7 AM - 2:30 PM) and 2nd Shift (2:30 - 11 PM) in roles including Sewing, Warehouse/Shipping, Machine Operators, Assembly, and Production. These positions are perfect for candidates interested in learning manufacturing with mechanical abilities. Ideal applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing and a consistent work history. Responsibilities Operate machinery for slitting to cut large rolls of filter media into narrower widths, ensuring precision for consistent material size and quality. Handle inventory control, pulling materials, and putting away returns, with some lifting of raw materials up to 50 lbs. Load and run pleating machines, cutting pleating material with a bandsaw, and handle materials to load machines. Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipment of products. Assemble products, components, or equipment according to company specifications and quality standards. Perform stitching, assembling, and finishing of textile components using industrial sewing equipment. Essential Skills Interest in learning manufacturing with mechanical abilities. Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing. Consistent work history with no more than 1 job per year. Ability to operate basic equipment. Ability to read and speak English. Reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production, machine operation, general production, general labor, and inspection. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lima, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
