Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team on the 1st shift as a Wire Bundler and Connector Assembler for solar panel components. In this role, you will be responsible for bundling wire harnesses and attaching connectors used in solar energy systems. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production position ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Key Responsibilities:

Bundle and organize wires according to specifications for solar panel systems Attach electrical connectors to wire ends using proper tools and techniques Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Read and follow work instructions, wiring diagrams, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized workstation Meet production goals and timelines Communicate any production or quality issues to the supervisor Follow all company safety guidelines and policies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in wire assembly, electrical work and manufacturing Ability to read basic instructions and wiring diagrams Comfortable using hand tools and crimping devices Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Strong attention to detail and quality Apply today and help power the future with clean solar energy!
