In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and finishing custom cabinets and related fixtures with precision and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will possess strong carpentry skills, experience with various hand and power tools, and a thorough understanding of blueprint reading and construction processes. Responsibilities Assemble cabinet components accurately according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and specifications. Install cabinets, doors, fixtures, and hardware securely on-site or within manufacturing facilities. Use hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery to cut, shape, and fabricate cabinet parts with precision. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure proper assembly. Perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky cabinet sections during installation or manufacturing. Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to standards. Assist with related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, siding installation, and general handyman duties as needed. Support restoration projects involving water damage remediation, stucco application, or masonry work. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in cabinet assembly, carpentry, or related construction fields; restoration industry experience is a plus. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprint reading. Knowledge of construction estimating, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience, plumbing, masonry, roofing, and drywall finishing. Familiarity with fabrication techniques including CNC machining and rebar installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction painting, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fixture installation. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assembly quality. Valid driver's license preferred; ability to work flexible hours based on project needs.
