Horizons HR Services is immediately hiring 50 Assemblers for a beautiful, climate-controlled greenhouse facility in Oberlin, Ohio . Employees will work in an assembly-line-style environment preparing flowers, including orchids and mums, for shipment. This is a 10-week assignment starting Tuesday, September 22 , offering a consistent weekday schedule and weekly pay!

We Offer:

$17.00 per hour

Weekly Shift:

7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Occasional mandatory Saturday overtime consisting of a five-hour morning shift

Job Duties:

Assembler Prepare orchids, mums, and other flowers for shipment Perform repetitive assembly-line-style production tasks Package and organize products according to customer orders Inspect flowers and packaging for quality Maintain an organized and efficient workstation Stand and remain active throughout the shift Follow all workplace safety and production procedures Meet daily production and shipping goals Job Requirements Must be able to speak English or Spanish Must be comfortable standing throughout the entire shift Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment Ability to work at a steady pace as part of a team Must be available for occasional mandatory Saturday overtime Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to complete a drug test Reliable transportation to Oberlin, Ohio Dependable attendance is required for the full 10-week assignment Previous assembly, production, packaging, warehouse, greenhouse, or floral experience is helpful but not required.
