Potential advancement to Production Lead About Webb Core For more than 20 years, Webb Core has manufactured aluminum honeycomb panels used in cleanroom systems. We are a privately owned company located in Hubbard, Oregon, focused on producing quality products, meeting customer deadlines, and providing outstanding service. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy building things, working with tools, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this could be a great opportunity. This position also offers the opportunity to grow into a Production Lead role for someone who demonstrates strong performance, reliability, teamwork, and leadership potential. What You'll Do As a Production Worker, you'll be directly involved in manufacturing our products and supporting the daily production process.

Responsibilities include:

Perform hands-on production and manufacturing tasks Build skids and crate finished products Operate production machinery and equipment Use electric and pneumatic tools, including saws and nail guns Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process Identify and communicate quality or production issues Follow work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements Track orders and production milestones to help meet customer deadlines Communicate effectively with production team members and office staff Help keep the production area clean, organized, efficient, and safe Support teammates as needed to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, assembly, or similar hands-on environment Dependable with a strong attendance record Comfortable using electric and pneumatic hand tools Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness and ability to learn new processes Team-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively in English as needed to understand work instructions, safety requirements, and production information Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience Familiarity with production processes and quality standards Strong organizational and planning skills Experience working toward daily production goals and deadlines Interest in developing into a Production Lead position Schedule The current schedule is: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Based on production needs, the schedule may transition to: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Candidates should be comfortable with the possibility of working either schedule. Compensation $23.00-$25.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
