Job Description

As a Structural MIG Welding Fabricator, you'll transform raw components into high-performing parts, subassemblies, and finished products across multiple production lines—delivering consistency in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions. Your impact Maintain active status by passing the Welder Qualification Test. Stage and maneuver work using overhead cranes for safe, efficient setups. Configure welding equipment and fine-tune parameters for optimal results. Perform welds and complete finishing with grinders, wire wheels, and needle guns. Heat, form, and weld components to meet print and process specs. Verify accuracy with measuring tools and uphold specification compliance. Interpret blueprints; execute both written and verbal instructions. Fit, align, position, and secure parts prior to welding. Cross-train across product lines to support shifting priorities. Model disciplined attention to detail, 6S practices, and safety procedures. Contribute as a dependable teammate and deliver independently. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. What you bring Ability to wear a standard welding helmet for extended periods. Willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable, on-site attendance. What sets you apart Welding certification from an accredited institution. At least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment. Physical and workplace expectations Production environment with potential exposure to loud noise, dust, moving machinery, and temperature swings. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods; repetitive motions; lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs; pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs and up to 30 lbs sustained; bending; kneeling; climbing; and frequent use of tools/equipment. PPE use is required when applicable. Strong visual and auditory acuity for safe operations and clear communication.
