Lingo Staffing is now hiring Assemblers in the Leetsdale, PA area — start ASAP! Assemblers - Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing products or components according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay Rate & Schedule:

$19.50/hour Monday -

Thursday:

8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Friday:

Overtime as needed Must be available for weekends and additional overtime as required

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assemble components and products according to specifications and production schedules Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently Must be able to read a tape measure. Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with team members and communicate issues or improvements to supervisors Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math and computer skills plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Reliable Transportation Required - Bus Line Route.
