What We Are Looking For:
At least six months of hands-on assembly, production, inspection, or manufacturing experience Experience working with small parts, components, devices, or finished products Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to perform repetitive, detail-focused work Experience checking products for visible defects or quality issues Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures Basic math, reading, writing, and documentation skills Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to consistently work the full second-shift schedule Experience with adhesives, gluing, bonding, fixtures, magnifiers, gauges, hand tools, inspection equipment, or written manufacturing instructions is especially relevant.
