Production Assembler Pare Manufacturing East Providence, RI Job Details Full-time $17.50 - $19.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Packing Manufacturing facility experience Attention to detail Packaging Manufacturing Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler / Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will read packing lists and assembly drawings to accurately assemble, inspect, and package customer orders. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Follow assembly instructions, drawings, processes, and parts lists to complete customer orders. Assemble products and subassemblies by examining connections and ensuring proper fit and alignment. Fasten components using appropriate tools and methods. Read and interpret packing lists and assembly drawings. Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy. Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Team Leader. Assist with training coworkers on assembly procedures and job functions when needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Leader, Production Supervisor, or Manager. Qualifications Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, instructions, and packing lists. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Manual dexterity and good eyesight required for assembly work. Ability to lift up to 50pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
