We are seeking a Light Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling lighting fixtures and components according to company specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to work with hand tools, and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble lighting fixtures, wiring, and components following work instructions and blueprints. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure accurate assembly. Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report defective materials or assembly issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and company policies. Assist with other tasks as needed in the production area.Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role is a plus. Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams. Basic mechanical skills and experience using hand tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.Benefits:
