Job Summary Package assembler / kit builder

Pay:

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:30 AM-4:30

PM Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Overtime:

Occasional Saturdays as needed We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented package assembler to join our growing team in a warehouse and machine shop environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and looking for long-term growth with a tight-knit company. Responsibilities Pull orders and gather materials for production kits Assemble and package kits accurately according to specifications Verify inventory and order quantities Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the kitting process Qualifications Strong math skills and attention to detail Ability to work accurately with decimals and fractions Ability to read a measuring tape in inches and centimeters Valid driver's license required High school diploma required Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn Assessment Candidates will complete a basic math test covering: Decimal and fraction conversions Reading a tape measure in inches and centimeters What We Offer Competitive starting pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour Training provided for the right candidate Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment We are willing to train a smart, dependable employee who is ready to build a career with our company.
