Shift:
2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Pay Rate Starting at $ 15.00/hr. What You'll Do Read and interpret work orders, formulas, and processing charts Weigh and measure ingredients and binding agents Mix, grind, and process materials into finished or semi-finished components Operate and monitor processing equipment, adjusting controls as needed Clean materials prior to processing Inspect, measure, and test components to meet specifications Enclose components in housing and apply identifying marks Count, sort, and weigh processed items Maintain accurate production and inspection records Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE Ensure all products meet quality assurance standards What You Bring High School Diploma or GED Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Eligibility Requirement Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, national, asylee, or refugee) due to access to export-controlled technology Preferred Skills At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement Team-oriented with strong communication skills Commitment to safe work practices What's in this for you?
